SUS630 is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel. With high strength, high hardness, good welding performance and corrosion resistance. At present, it has been widely used in the valve, shaft and chemical fiber industries and high-strength parts with certain corrosion resistance requirements.
Characteristic
A precipitation hardening type of copper is added. Used in the manufacture of shaft and steam turbine components.
Precipitation-hardened martensitic stainless steel consisting of copper and niobium/tantalum has low carbon content, corrosion resistance and weldability, and is similar to general martensitic stainless steel. It is similar to 18-8 stainless steel, and has a simple heat treatment process. Good sex, but it is difficult to meet deep and cold processing.
Metallographic structure: The tissue is characterized by precipitation hardening.

Delivery status
Generally, it is delivered in the state of heat treatment, and the type of heat treatment is indicated in the contract; if it is not specified, it is delivered in the state of no heat treatment.
SUS630 alloy is a precipitated, quenched, martensitic stainless steel, and this grade has high strength, hardness and corrosion resistance.
After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the product are more perfect, and the compressive strength of up to 1100-1300 mpa (160-190 ksi) can be achieved. This grade cannot be used above 300 ° C (570 F) or very low temperature, it has good corrosion resistance to the atmosphere and diluted acid or salt, and its corrosion resistance is the same as 304 and 430.

Heat treatment specification:
1) solid solution 1020 ~ 1060 ° C fast cooling;
2) aging at 480 ° C, after solution treatment, air cooling at 470 ~ 490 ° C;
3) aging at 550 ° C, after solution treatment, air cooling at 540 ~ 560 ° C;
4) aging at 580 ° C, after solution treatment, air cooling at 570 ~ 590 ° C;
5) aging at 620 ° C, after solution treatment, air cooling at 610 ~ 630 ° C. Metallographic structure: The tissue is characterized by precipitation hardening.
